I love Gino's. It's a TRADITIONAL shoe store. Great for people needing special treatment for medical needs or special order for tough to find sizes. It will usually take you an hour for a visit so plan accordingly. The first visit is usually longer because he will NES to do a diagnostic.

They yelled at elderly lady for bringing back shoes to exchange and to fix the sole. So instead of helping they turned their back on an elderly. They received money from insurance company that decided to be done. Horrible experience that left an elderly very upset. Never going back to them ever again. And I dont recommend them to anyone.
